1. Software Ownership & Deliverables

Upon complete payment of project invoices, clients receive non-exclusive ownership rights to their custom website codebase, database schema, and custom software assets as outlined in their project contract.

2. Service Level Guarantees

BringPak provides 99.9% cloud uptime SLA for hosted client web applications. Technical maintenance covers security updates, database backups, and bug fixes as specified in active hosting packages.
